🛠 Project 1:
Rebranding BicycleWorld


A brand refresh that shifted BicycleWorld’s image from traditional to urban-smart. This project included color palette redesign, typography selection, and a bold new visual language tailored to a younger, city-based audience.
📲 Project 2:
Urban Instagram Content
A persona-based content strategy for BicycleWorld’s Instagram channel – built around real commuter stories. Each post was tailored to a specific audience segment and focused on emotion-driven storytelling with visual consistency.




🧠 Project 4:
CRM Micro Moments
Designing conversion-focused micro journeys with empathy. This project involved personalized email campaigns and triggered messages based on behavior – using fictional CRM personas like “Miriam” and “Max” to bring strategy to life.
🧬 Project 7: Neuromarketing in Action
This project explored how visual and psychological cues like storytelling, priming, and herding can influence user behavior. I used behavioral science to design marketing that not only informs – but also nudges action.
